Happy Father’s Day to all the fathers in the world today. Those hard working, no sleeping getting providers who take the blame and get all the expectations. Thank you for what you do everyday as providers. To me, a good father is present in their children’s lives, teaching them right from wrong and loving them unconditionally. So far in my experience as a father, there are two things that can make life easier on us: Being prepared and learning from our mistakes. A hidden cost of being a father no one talks is that you have to practice what you preach and lead by example because someone will always be watching and looking up to you.
Funny thing about Father’s Day is compared to Mother’s Day, the gifts are less advertised and it’s expected for mothers to do nothing. Dads have to grill, spend time with their families and cut grass. There are no days off!! So thank you to those who pull it off well and make it look easy. You are real life super heroes and it doesn’t go unnoticed. So Happy Father’s Day to one father to another!!
