Hello everyone. This is my first blog post in over a month. Would you believe me if I said I missed it? Recently, I’ve had writing and song making on my mind heavily but been busy with so many other things going on. These summer months have had everyone mentally and physically. I am gladContinue reading “Poem”
Ahead of my latest release, “My Story”, I wanted to talk about the behind the scenes of making, “A Way”. This song was among the first I made using a loop sample and rapped words over. The run time is 2:31, which is shorter than most songs. This was a creative choice I had goingContinue reading “Song Background: A Way”
The first time I remember seeing snow I was when I was 11 years old. Growing up in the Mid-South, snow rarely came and when it did it didn’t stick. This morning was a few weeks before Christmas. I woke up to my younger siblings yelling through our house, about there being snow in ourContinue reading “Object Writing Page 29 – Snow Day”

Happy Father’s Day to one father to another!!
The older I get, the less interested I am in activities I used to enjoy when I was younger. At the same time, I’m starting to like things I didn’t know existed before. One of my favorite things to do right now is going to the bowling alley. The sound of clustering pins exploding canContinue reading “Object Writing Page 26 – The Bowling Alley”
Welcome back to another week of “We Expectin’ [Father’s Edition]”, the weekly update series leading to the birth of Kaysen. Today puts us at 38 weeks pregnant meaning there are only 2 weeks left, if he doesn’t decide to come earlier. We are still on BABY WATCH and it makes me nervous with every day!!Continue reading “We Expectin’ [Father’s Edition] Week 9”
